I help you see your future clearly, removing ambiguity and reflect back the potential you have within.

Getting started can be challenging. I’m here to guide you.

After building a reputation as a respected senior leader who mentored others and helped them articulate their career goals, I experienced my own challenging transition that revealed the need for supportive guidance to navigate uncertainty.  This personal journey became the catalyst for my coaching career as I now use my leadership experience and my understanding of difficult transitions to help others plot their own course with clarity and confidence.

During my experience, I recognized that inaction can breed uncertainty and that even small movements forward can create positive momentum that can transform career confusion into a clear path.

    In the first stage of our process, together we identify your authentic self by examining what naturally energizes you and which of your abilities come most naturally. This helps define success on your personal terms, serving as a lens through which all future decisions can be evaluated.

    In this phase, we'll explore scenarios that align with your authentic self, mapping and prioritizing options align with your core identity. We'll then develop a detailed action plan to help you move forward with confidence.

    During this stage, we transform insights into action through connecting with others and telling our story, providing accountability support as you navigate professional challenges. Remember, this stage is focused on collecting valuable data to refine your vision rather than finding the perfect fit.

    In the final stage, we reframe work as an expression of your identity rather than just an occupation, recognizing that professional growth and personal fulfillment are interconnected. This regenerative process can be revisited whenever you feel disconnected, empowering you to evolve your professional purpose alongside your personal growth.

  • Our clients are working professionals, leaders, students, and career transitioners - from a variety of industries, experiences and ages.  Our mission is to have them find their authentic selves through finding meaningful work - if you are struggling with your career path, our client is you.

  • We work with our clients “where they are” - in every sense of the phrase.  We curate a work plan tailored to clients’ needs.  The process and schedule is entirely organized around their comfort level and their time availability.  This is their journey and we’re here to support it - in a format/method that works for them.

  • In order to maximize flexibility, we conduct meetings over video - while we wish we could always meet with people in person, we always want to prioritize connection over scheduling.  We look forward to seeing you in person or on screen - as long as we see you.

  • We believe that everyone should have support in their career journey and are available to discuss specific needs and how we might work together on a more targeted basis to get our clients continually moving forward.

  • We recognize that every client is undergoing their own career journey - and the path they travel will be unique.  While we come to the conversation without any preconceived assumptions of “what will work”, we collaborate on a time frame and process that “will work for them”.
